• Step 1 – Find the email address for your local paper’s letters page. It’s usually displayed on the letters page itself, or on your local newspaper’s website or in the Contact Us section.
• Step 2 – Use the tool on this page to generate your letter. Make any changes to the text you feel will make your message more personal to you and your local community.
• Step 3 – Copy the text and paste it into a new email (or click the send email button) to send it to the email address you found in step 1.
• Step 4 – Add your name and address under the text, following any instructions your local paper has given for submissions.
• Step 5 – Tell us how you did, send us a photo of your letter or a link to the webpage when you get published! Send your email to [email protected]
